It was a dark and stormy night well it was actually a fine day really in the summer of 1992..... four bored and understimulated minds sat drinking newcastle brown ale. the four minds were known as Pauly B, Alan S, Mike S, and Simeon P...... not known at this time due to a mild haze of cat pooh.... were that this FAB four were destined for greatness so armed with brand new student grant cheques the fantastic 4 set off to the music shop: Pauly B.... bought nothing, Alan S... bought a Bass, Mike S bought some drums, Simeon P bought a Guitar. And so armed with new tools the quest began....... Unfortunately for our intrepid heros at this point talent wasn't a gift from god but had to be earned ........ "No we can't do this!" the four cried then from high, manna from the tyne flowed freely and Pauly B wrote the immortal classic Kipper Knapper... so the very next after the Blue stars of revolution passed into a mild headache and a dry throat.... the four journey from the kitchen up the stairs to litter tray studios where the thorn EMI engineers had done a fabulous job creation the twin deck ghetto blaster with recording function.... reverb effects were added using a cardboard carpet tube.... this was the beginning and the end of TWAT.......................................................................... (c) 1992 the year punk died and we grew wings and made doves cry "shut the **** up"
